Kaiya's data set: conclusion
This page provides a comprehensive summary of our data analytics journey, combining insights from the project overview and detailed analysis to highlight key findings and future considerations.

Summarizing our insights
Stress has many factors especially for students for the purpose of simplicity however this data set focuses on sleep, exercise, social hours, extracurricular activities, and studying. Each aspect comes with its own level of effectiveness when it comes to the stress of students.

What has been learned
The insights gained from this data analysis project are not just academic; they offer practical implications. It seems that according to the data the higher the stress level the better the GPA meaning stress is natural in the pursuit of success. Another factor of stress was sleeping duration. It has been determined that sleep duration and stress levels are also correlated in this case the more sleep the student got the less stressed they were. Physical activity was also a factor in this data set however it effected the students GPA in this case. It would seem that the average amount of physical activity decreased as GPA increased therefore the less time spent on physical activity the more time was spent honing GPA. The average of extracurricular activities varied slightly from stress level and not in a particular sequence so there doesn't seem to be an exact correlation between extracurricular activities and stress levels.

How could a manager of an organization use your analysis to improve their organization?
A manager could use the analysis to get a better understanding of the needs of the students. Having a better understanding of the needs of the students can lead to increased productivity. Increased productivity reflects well on the management and the students.
What additional data would have been useful in the dataset?
Some additional data that would have been helpful in this dataset would be if students had a job, yes there was a section for extracurricular but that refers more to sports or music usually something that involves school a job is outside of school and is still a contributing factor to the students life and well being. What level the student is at would also be helpful is in if the student was in high school, college, or even middle school because that changes the possible correlation of the factors of stress, GPA, or social activity. Screen time is also a big factor in the life of anyone now and days especially students so that would have been a great piece of data to have.
